On the 6th of January 2017 I had an appointment at 8.40 am but was late due back trouble although I was not seen on time I had to wait until 1pm to be seen by the nurses to do my dressings. Whenever I phone to see my doctor it is hard to get an appointment.

The doctors are nice, careful listen to the patient, but most of the doctors are using "google" to know how they could help. That makes me upset and only paracetamol or ibuprofen, it doesn't help to become healthy.
