What was good was that I was seen by Dr. Greeming who was very competent in telling me what to do and made me feel very comfortable along with the nurse Kate and two other nurses who I do not know the names of. I have never received such friendly and professional help before, in an medical situation.

I find the GPs very helpful and professional especially when I have needed their help in emergency situations. The receptionists have been extremely helpful too and have often gone above and beyond the call of duty and this has been so appreciated. The only niggle I have is its so difficult to get through to get an appointment and I am not keen on the new system where appointments are now shared with other GP practices as I prefer continuity with my own GPs

Friendly reception staff. Not rushed by doctors. Listened to. Good website. Appointments needed page on website, so they could be booked on line before the day. Can be stressful ringing on the day at 3 am, or if working that morning.
