The nurses are extremely helpful, supportive and friendly. Waiting time is never more than 5-10 mins. They have been so helpful along with the admin staff in the recovery of my ward. Always ensured they found the time to see me. So thank you.

Next to impossible to get through on the phone, same applies to convenient appointment. They are STILL taking new patients !

Bridget the receptionist was so brilliant in getting me an appointment - even ringing me back at home after she had managed to get me one in Alaide street.

Reception staff have been very helpful when we are struggling at a hard time with health problems. There is a huge improvement with the reception staff since the new staff have been employed.
