The receptionists are extremely rude.... I had my nurse appointment at 8.30 and I am waiting still at 9.25 am to get my prescription signed by a doctor. After waiting 20 minutes I asked how long I would need to wait more and the receptionists response was I can’t just walk in to the doctor. I didn’t imply she needed to walk in on the doctor she needed to be aware of when there’s a gap without patients so he can sign my prescription and perhaps let me know a rough time. I then waited longer to go back up and ask how long as I’ve watched about 4 people go in and out of the doctor and to be told it’s the doctor upstairs. Am I just supposed to wait all day until all the patients have gone? They need to get receptionists that can manage time and do their jobs properly. There were people waiting in there even longer than I had been for their appointments! And it’s not even half 9 yet!!!!! They are letting the doctors down!

The phone lines are always engaged I was trying from 7:56am and when u get through they say all the appointments are gone and then quiz you what your emergency is like the receptionist is a doctor! The receptionist staff are rude and uncaring and unhelpful
