The reception term were helpful and friendly. The Doctor was great with my little boy, putting him at ease and directing questions at him too.

We did have a long wait, which my little boy struggled with.

I was offered an appointment straight away. The reception staff were polite and helpful and the surgery appears spotless. My G.P. was extremely helpful and I was relieved to have a conversation with him about my worries and health problems. Thankyou.

Overall a good experience even if getting an appointment it getting harder every day. Receptionists were really helpful in the end and also the doctor was really good and understanding

It was the second time trying to get an appointment, and just after I called 111 and seen by a doctor at the hospital I’ve gotten one. It would be better to see a GP first even if at first sight the health conditions don’t look like urgent. That’s what prevention means
