Kate Ferria was very helpful; she was very encouraging - made me relax and less tensed. She was willing to listen and share my concerns - empathetic. Dr Martin was calm and composed. He cared wholistically not just the complaint. He was prime, proper and precise (my first visit 23.3.18). Kate saved me time by helping to take blood - she called for help when needed.
