Care for my six week check with my baby was left waiting over an hour with my baby who needed feeding.
Lots of people arrived after me but were seen first.

Improvements - to the booking system. Can phone up to 60 times between 8-830 am and still not get through! Maybe install a queue system.
Good about your care - Dr Greening is excellent, she genuinely cares - the others could learn from her!
