I came to the surgery a few weeks ago at 9-10 only to be told no appointments.
I said to the girl I have Asthma i need to see a doctor, she then said go home and one will phone.
I said no as Asthma is serious and i felt ill as the weather does not help.
I don't think she knew what it was and how serious it is.
I think everybody on the desk should know Asthma can cause death.
I appreciate she was only young and the doctor did see me more or less straight away.

Been calling the number all morning from8am till 8.30 for Someone to answer and tell me they only take emergency appointments what is emergency appointment maybe when you die very poor costumer service
