They take respiratory problems seriously. They are caring and friendly.
Occasionally my latex allergy gets forgotten and I come in to find promotional balloons up in reception. I'm sure I'm not the only patient for whom this is extremely dangerous.

The service is useless you don’t answer the phone in reception on the survey it said I need to see a doctor in the next hour how can I when you don’t pick the phone up
It told me to call 111 I did and they said I need to see a doctor ASAP call your surgery
What a absolutely pointless web site get a grip

Efficient check in procedure. Christine the nurse was friendly, professional and helpful. She conducted the tests and gave me answers to any questions that I had. Many thanks.
