The call made to book the appointment was a very fast and efficient process, after meeting with Dr Cullen, the discussion made me feel involved about the decisions involving my health due to him explaining to me what could be wrong and appropriate solutions that could be taken. I was referred to take a blood test, this also happened very quickly and so did the amount of time to receive the results! I got a very clear explanation of each prescription to take after my diagnosis. All such an easy and straightforward process, thanks to Dr Cullen and the rest of the langham team :D

I had nothing to add about improvements, I feel I was properly taken care of :)

It is nearly impossible to see a doctor. It takes ages to get an appointment.

At the appointment the doctor doesn’t want to listen to you. Asking questions like what do you want me to do. In the notes about appointment doctor mixed things to make him look good. I heard 3-4 times phrase I do not know what to do.
