after visiting a doctor, I was told if no improvement, I would need to come back. Chance would be a fine thing!!! today I tried to book an appointment to suit me!!! you are apparently not able to accommodate me??? I thought the nhs was supposed to be for the benefit of the patient? I don't think I need an urgent right now appointment, but I do need to follow up given that some of my symptoms are synonymous with a family member who has had throat cancer!!!! I have rung 25 time today to get through and last week was promised a doctor call back???? that never happened. are we by this example all to give up work so we can now get a doctors appointment??? and should get I get a late diagnosis, if this should be the case, I know the BMC will not hold you accountable. Fundamentally your SYSTEM is not working, it only covers those who have all the time in the world to get appointments, the retired and those on benefits????
