I suffer with severe anxiety and poor mobility, the gp I needed to see was on the lower floor but the lift was out there of order. I then had to sit in the main reception and was there for 45 mins before I was seen. My anxiety was through the roof with strangers round me. I was shaking from head to foot I couldn’t speak properly and was just on my way to leave the surgery when my gp came to get me. Dr. Caldwell was lovely and patient and understood my problems but the receptionists just seem to have no idea what’s going through n or any idea about client care
