After calling 111, I was referred to GP who told me to call 111, who told me to call GP who again told me to call 111. Took me various attempts and staff members to get some help

Suggested improvements
I am a full time carer, I have disabled children, and I work with vulnerable children, so I can't sit in a queue at 8am to get an appt. Allowances should be made in some circumstances.
