Not happy with the receptionist. I suffer from anxiety and have difficulty dealing with people, it’s not the first time this particular receptionist made me feel unwelcome , stressed and anxious. She would let me to finish my sentences so I reeled rushed. Her answers were very robotic with no “ please”, “thank you”. When I’m stressed I stutter, so I couldn’t clearly explain my question. I felt rushed, inconvenient , and useless, please train your staff how to approach people with mental health issues. Dr Fernandez was exceptionally kind, helpful , understanding and extremely patient. He is incredible addition to such a bad reception experience.

Suggested improvements
Train your staff, monitor the way they speak to people. All the ladies with long term experience are lovely, it’s just this particular one ( I would say lady in her 50’s with a bit of European accent) It happened on several occasions, we are calling for help, we need a bit of understanding and compassion.
