I have been a patient at No 11 since my birth 72 years ago. Why I am still there, simple! I have probably only complained about anything 3 times in my lifetime. If I were to make any complaint, it would be' that there are now too many patients. Understandably, the GP's do change for various reasons though I would say that all those I have encountered are good. We even have a Paramedic within the surgery now, he is also excellent' personal experience'. Our Nursing team are very good also. I genuinely don't think there is a genuine complaint I could make and I have been a patient for 72 years now. My wife joined our practice 49 years ago and has only ever had cause to make one complaint. Christine also holds the practice in high esteem as I do. Well done all at Number 11.
