It is always difficult to get an appointment and the new “triage” makes it worse. They ask personal questions I was uncomfortable answering to the receptionist. I was also certain whilst on hold this information was then relayed to another staff member , where was this done in the main reception area where public can hear? I know the public can hear as I’ve been sat waiting for an appointment and hear personal details of other patients. Not very happy about that especially as a social worker I have case families that attend the same practice as I do and my surname is very distinctive

Suggested improvements
More discreet around requesting information from patients, completed in a confidenial area. Is it really necessary to ask so many such personal questions - I felt I was justifying my reason to see a GP
