I am really struggling to access healthcare from Langham Place surgery and am getting increasingly frustrated with the booking system. There is the choice to either stay on the phone for 20/25 mins in the morning or walk and wait outside the surgery at 8am (difficult with three children trying to get them to school). If you phone then you may have to attend other surgeries, one of which is a car/ bus journey away. When you get through to the receptionist you may have missed all the appointments and will be offered the online booking system. I have just spent 25 mins and 3 phone calls to the reception in an attempt to access it only to be told my session has expired. Aaarrgghh!!!!!
