The staff on reception are lovely and as helpful as can be but the actual system of putting in referral request for champix and then getting prescription has been very problematic. Twice handed in requests when trying to collect haven't been there - meaning I have had to make additional trips back to surgery. Also when I collect 1 prescription for champix I am not allowed to leave next 2 weeks referral and have to come back again.
