A total different experiance. I was able to express my concerns with pain management and get back to what works for me. I'm greatful for the understanding and attentiveness of my doctor. Everyone frim entering surgery were helpful and friendly. The surgery is always comfortable clean and calm.

It is really easy to request appointments and you are able to see the nurse really quickly which is excellent. It’s almost four weeks to see one of the doctors though and this was a recommendation from the nurse following my appointment. I know demand for appointments is high especially in the summer holidays so not a criticism just some feedback!

Only marked you down on the appointment as its easy to get an appointment but is it as quick as you'd like....no

It was nice to offer patients a chance to join a cancellation list. If I'm off sick....I'm available anytime. This could be an automated list where a computer system could offer the waiting list a text to say a space has come available, similar to Haven points waiting list booking system
