The receptionist was very caring and helpful. Dr Gordon was very thorough and explained his findings and the follow up process. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care and professionalism of all the staff I dealt with.

I have just joined the docs the hcp i see about loosein weight is very nice i have spoke to dr gordon on the phone ver nice man and the receptionists are very polite on the phone

The receptionist was excellent and helpful when I rang , I did an e consultation & within less than 30 mins received a call and was seen by Caroline the same day . I was seen exactly on time and Caroline was absolutely lovely with me , so kind , caring and knowledgeable, I came home feeling so pleased Exceptional service from her .

No everything was great yesterday Receptionist encouraged me to do the online I’d never have attempted without her help
