Always had excellent help and advice from the reception staff. My treatment from the practice nurses and G.P.s has been first class. Everyone involved with my care have always been keen to help and offer advice.

Why are the phones switched off at 4.45 if the surgery is supposedly open until 6 or 7pm

A perfect example of how a GP surgery should be. Always a courteous, welcoming, never have to wait long and booking an appointment is easy. The Doctors take their time and explain things clearly and always involve me in decisions about my care and treatment. All of the staff are Very patient focused. Great team at Imeary Street, keep up the good work and thank you.
