I love the new premises. As a wheelchair user I found them easy to access. The reception staff were helpful and efficient as usual.

I didn't get in for my appointment until around 20 minutes after the allotted time. However, I wasn't informed of a delay and no explanation was given. It's important to remember that patients have lives with other commitments, so punctuality should be observed.

Have previously been unable to get an appointment, only given the option to hand in a urine sample.

If previous notes had been read, a follow up call - that is if GP had been given all information.

Reception and drs and nurses are really nice, and have always put me at ease with any treatments and problems I’ve had, excellent service, the only criticism I would have is trying to get an appointment when I need to

The only thing would be is try to improve on getting appointments when needed
