Telephone system for booking appointments always results in a queue but now the system advises how long the wait is likely to be and so you are able to either hold or call back. Better than the old system where you didn’t have any idea how long the wait was likely to be.
I usually use the online system although this always results in a telephone consultation.
Been with the Practice for almost four years and have seen medical professionals but not a doctor, fortunately!
Sometimes it's hard to get through to the receptionist to make the appointment. I can call a few times throughout the day and no one picks up the phone.
Got appointment no problem, was seen on time, the nurse was great.
I find ringing the surgery is harder to get appointments rather than doing an e-consult
