I spoke with the nurse by phone in November catching up on my COPD progress which at the time was very good. When I had to take my emergency medication so quickly afterwards I felt I should inform her of the.relapse and asked the receptionist to do so when I reordered my emergency medication. To my surprise Catherine came back with an appointment at which she gave a complete review. I would call that perfect service.
