It is hard when in pain to make sure you are on the phone at 8.30am ready to hold for ages. But the receptionists are always helpful and do what they can.
I have always been pleased with the medical centre. Never had any problems.

The nurse Fiona was warm, welcoming, friendly and reassuring.
The receptionist asked how she could help. I informed her of my concern giving signs and symptoms. She asked me to “hold” while she informed the triage team. She very quickly returned and informed me that a member of the triage would telephone later in the day. An hour or so later Michael called and asked how he could help. I repeated my concern with signs and symptoms. Michael suggested I visit the surgery at 1215pm and bring a urine sample. This I did and Michael performed a prostrate examination, took blood samples and tested the Urine sample. He was very understanding of my concern and would inform me of the results of the blood test. In the meantime he would refer me for an Urology appointment and that I should hear from the hospital in approximately 14 days..Michael was friendly, polite, patient and efficient.
