I've always been able to get an appointment. I use econsult and get a response from the doctor the following day.

Nothing, Michael is extremely proficient.

Appt of any type hard to come by. Long waits on the phone to get a same day appointment

Some Receptionists do all they can to prevent you seeing a Dr.

First phone call backs were extremely prompt and helpful. Michael listened to me and explained his reasons for the treatment he prescribed. All in all I felt seen as a person and not just a number
