For this appointment, there was no need to involve me in decisions about my care, nor did I need to speak with the receptionist. I used the online booking service which was excellent, allowing me to book an appointment which was within 20 hours of being notified that a blood test was due. Excellent service.

Easy to get appt. with nurses but much more difficult to get one with a doctor, at least 2 of them on leave this week.

I had my ears microsuctioned by Cara Roberts who was both efficient and gentle, it was a pleasant experience and my hearing is much improved.
