I try not to ask to see a Dr as often as I might have done in the past but when I have asked it has been difficult; I've been asked to call again and eventually was able to see a locum....this puts me off seeking help. Phone consultations and online form filling can also be a barrier to seeking help or advice.

Hard to be made to feel that asking for an appointment is a step too far!!

My appointment was easy to arrange. The receptionists were helpful, friendly and efficient The treatment was prompt, friendly, efficient and courteous.

Appointment book with Doctor I wanted to see Doctor gave due care and time and provided me with solutions plus if they didn’t work to make contact in 4 weeks time

Sometimes have to wait a while but usually helpful when you can get to talk to someone.

Faster telephone response
