I requested a COVID booster having been reminded the previous week. It was easy to set up the appointment, a very short wait and booster administered . It was without any pressure and was done quickly and effectively. Excellent service!

Doctors & staff always give excellent service with same day responses to requests for advice / appointments. The long queues for an answered phone call are recognised as part of the current situation within the NHS generally.

Not really HMC give an excellent service - but - have been waiting 8 months for an endoscopy and a Dexa scan.
