No privacy at reception point with glass screens.
I am single sided deaf and like privacy within the village and request a private area to discuss my medical info. We started in a corridor until a room became free. Can you not improve privacy?

Staff were friendly, professional, caring and compassionate. Even though the surgery was very busy, they didn't hurry you.

The patient toilet seemed very tired.
