That said nurse was professional.
Very difficult to get an appointment. I could not get an appointment to see a doctor for 2 weeks and had to phone back a week later. Managed to get an appointment in 2 weeks so a total of 4 weeks. My friend in Scotland rang for an appointment at 2pm at her practice and got one for 5pm the same day.
I do not approve of the receptionist asking why you need a doctors appointment! I understand that it may be useful eg another practitioner may be indicated but I know that generally this is unpopular .
Also, I have asked 4 times at reception to reset my password for the medical centre website and, although each time it has been given, it never works!
Because it was an annual service so booked in advance.
No complaints with the surgery, staff or service and feel like my worries are taken seriously.
