They are obviously very busy and take a while to answer but once they did they were very helpful

The receptionists have always been polite, professional and helpful. I have found that there are certain times in the day when the phone lines are less busy.
I appreciate the text messages sent to confirm and remind the appointments made. There is also a very efficient method for the doctor to communicate results by text.
Although face to face appointments are always welcome they are not always necessary and I feel that I am kept up to date sufficiently well with the automated systems.
Call wait times too long, reception auto registration system not working and no sign to advise of such - reception staff having to walk back and forth to check patient details in their normal workstation as no work around system at front of desk - which then meant people were late for their appointment and the doctors were unaware of the reasons- additionally reception staff asked personal questions out loud to a person in the queue in front of me - which is impersonal and inappropriate and left the person with no option but to discuss their medial issue out loud and in public.
