I feel lucky to have a doctor who cares about my health and well being. Everybody who works at Henfield Medical Centre; doctors, receptionists and nurses seem to have the welfare of their patients at the heart of what they do. I feel confident that they will always do the best for me and my family.

It would be nice if you could get an appointment more quickly, but that is a national problem and not the fault of the surgery

I fondly remember the days, only a few years ago, when I could phone the surgery and have a face to face appointment within day or two. Compared with that it didn't seem very easy. However, I had very good service and I was happy over all

Allow patients to come in to see the doctor rather than sending a photo of their condition. It worked before!

It’s getting easier to book an appointment but not as easy as it once was. However, I’ve been met with a friendly and helpful response each time.

My husband wanted a Prostate check and has had to go the other side of Arundel and pay for it. A local check in the centre would be so much easier. Preventative testing is half the battle of keeping healthy, catching diseases early and costing the NHS less.

Sometimes I would really need to speak face to face as telephone would not work but you still push for phone talk. Waste of time.
