The receptionist was polite, caring and listened. She took advice and I was given an appointment the same day.
I saw Dr Drew and she listen, asked my opinion and tried to allay my concerns.
An emergency appointment with the hospital was made.
I felt heard, considered and seen as a person.
I can’t thank them enough for their care and thoughtfulness in this stressful time.
They really couldn’t have done any better.
Receptionists are rude. I asked for an appointment to get stitches out this week as I recently had surgery and the woman laughed in my face and said ‘ha this week..’ with an arrogant attitude.
Short brown hair with glasses of you’re wondering which one.
I’m not the only person to experience their rudeness. I understand they’re busy but basic kind human interaction doesn’t come at a cost. You should reconsider who you have working for the practice because if the is were an elderly person or a child I would be concerned at their feelings towards being dealt with like that.
The e consult worked well although I had to wait two weeks for the appointment. The problem I needed help with was somewhat better by the time I saw someone. Even so it was very good to find out about what was the problem and get some excellent advice and exercises to continue with. Thank you.
Had to wait 2 weeks for appointment but the appointment itself was very helpful to me
Requested an appointment and got one
