I got through to the receptionist quickly despite being 12th in the queue. Receptionist was respectful.and efficient and so was Michael

Follow on appointment with Kim Poole for a respiratory test, confirmed by text so reception not involved. Seen on time, procedure explained at every stage. First rate !
