Michael listened to me, made me feel he had lots of time, but I'm aware he was probably very busy. He was very thorough in his history taking and physical assessment and fully explained his findings. He involved me in his decision making and ensured I was happy with treatment plan.

It's still hard to get appoitment that is the norm these days some times I have to speek to the receipionest about my issue I have. then the Dr or nurse will phone and talk over the phone then sometimes I can get a appointment to see a Dr or a nurse

The only thing that I always keep saying in these survey is why is there only 10 chairs in the waiting room they need alot more chairs. sometimes I've been here and there are people standing because there are no more seats. please get more seats for all your patient.

The visit to the surgery was quite a pleasant and stress free experience.
