I’m answering on behalf of my 13 year old daughter, her doctor spent the time he needed to throughly check what he needed to, I felt our concerns were listened to and he tried to connect with my very embarrassed daughter as she struggled to speak about her issue. He issued the test needed to try and out rule my concerns.

I was happy with the visit, and this is a pleasant surgery. Waiting room does feel sparse and echoey though.

Michael diagnosed and treated at very short notice and arranged a follow appointment a week later. He couldn’t have been more helpful, so I’m very grateful for that.

As I mentioned to Michael, the practice seems far more efficient and streamlined nowadays, and I like that it’s possible to communicate online and even submit photos prior to an appointment. Also the check in screen is much better than queuing for a busy receptionist.

You have to take care to call at the right time of day to have your call answered. Ring early in the morning and you will be waiting for 30 minutes for your call to be answered

Employ more full time doctors instead of part time ones
