Gave me lots of information about the problem with my knee, very helpful the surgery was spotless. Didn't need to speak to the receptionist but when I have called about certain issues they are great at trying to sort any problems out.

I know it's hard at the moment but it can be so frustrating if you have to get appointment and no doctor is available to see you not even your own doctor.

It was a mental health check for my son. Dr Chapman was very helpful and supportive and I feel like Arthur has more support coming his way and I have been provided with some good advice.

It can be difficult to get through on phone line as can be 6 in the Q. This is not a Criticism just a reflection of current demand, hard to hold this if you are at work. When spoke reception in the practice they were polite but required to repeat reasoning to a second person, who then repeated my exact words to the original person I was talking to who was sat at nearest PC. Would it help if just one person ran the desk or you have two openings??

The GP was excellent, I felt unwell and tearful, she was kind professional and gave time, when I know it’s limited. I apologise for taking up the time.
