It's difficult to get an apoitment with your familly GP.

The appointment was delayed 15mins. But I understand that each patient have their own time and sometimes time is precious for diagnose.

I had 2 appointments yesterday, both with nursing staff. My bloods were taken in the morning and the nurse was warm, supportive and kind as well as knowledgeable and efficient. The 2nd appointment was for a coil fitting with ANP Ruth and a senior HCA Ruth was excellent in the way she talked me through the process, she was immensley knowledgeable and helped me make an informed choice on the type of coil i had and feel relaxed and safe about an invasive procedure. I found the whole process to be realy empowering, which as a post partum new mother was realy inportant. She is an absolute credit to the surgery and an inspiring nurse.

Everything worked smoothly, from booking in person at reception, through text reminders, to seeing Dr Underwood, who is excellent.

My appointment time slipped a little, but everyone knows you do what you can.
