I got sent elsewhere for a blod test. But was given no paperwork when i arrived in Worthing They refused to do the test without it. This cost me an hour of my busy day! I canw back to the medical practice and they said they could do it there anyway! Seems like my time was wasted.

It was a ‘routine’ ECG and blood test. It was easy to get an appointment, the procedures were undertaken on time, professionally and painlessly. With regards to the ECG, everything was explained to me adequately.

It was all very satisfactory thank you.

Nurse Ruth was understanding and excellent at keeping me informed throughout the procedure. She took time to discuss the options so I could make an informed decision.
