Both flu and Covid vaccinations have been run extremely well. Friendly volunteers and staff and all very efficient.

Clearer signposting for clinics (maybe add sign in main reception to say that vaccination clinics are in other building).

Had a blood test for a signodoscopy B.12 vitamin recommended check up. Spoke to Loyds Pharmacy representative, he said the condition may need medication after showing him the report. Seek medical advice recommended. Spoke to several girls in the appointments desk. They were all lovely girls each one said they would investigate and get back to me. Not one of them did. Lovely as they were it was totally unhelpful. I do not know if I need medication and it has been refused, because at 90 years of age, I should not be here wasting the surgeries time. Would appreciate your views on this service.

The process of booking the appointment was easy and straightforward and everyone I encountered was pleasant and friendly. There was a man by the car park who pointed me in the right direction for boosters. The queue wasnt too bad and they were setting out signs when I arrived and chairs for those who couldn't stand whilst queuing. The actual process of the covid and flu jabs was very quick and efficient. I hope they caught up on timing!

Arrived about 9.05 for my 9.10 appointment but there was somehow a queue of about 10 people already even though appointments started at 10 there was already a backlog. Queued for about 20 minutes and then was in and out in about a minute. I dont know if people were turning up before their appointment time or the surgery started injections late but it's a shame as everything otherwise was perfect

On arrival for my flu jab I said I’m here for the flu vaccine to be shot down by someone standing there saying not today you’re not. Whereby I had a booked appointment. She was then corrected by her colleague with the clipboard that the flu clinic was indeed taking place. Very disorganised. Was not told prior to arrival to wear face mask. No signpost where to go for flu clinic which ended up being where sign for covid vaccines was. Taken through then not seen in time order. Not very caring. More like a conveyor belt.

As above. Polite and courteous to patients on arrival. Be more organised.
