Specifically for the health review and asthma review this was organised for me and all staff were kind and informative and clear

Sometimes have to wait a long time
I have mostly had to wait 30 to 45 mins or more for answer and that’s often number 1 in the queue.
I cannot get an actual appointment with my doctor only telephone appointment for two weeks away! And then have to wait in all day for the call, which I can then miss because we have poor telephone reception or I’m in the toilet!
I have been given appointment on phone straight away with the triage nurse in an emergency situation
Rather disappointed to wait a month for advise from pharmacist regarding a proposal of change of Blood pressure medication suggested by my Cardiologist. Reception had this brought forward when asked and now booked with GP but still waiting three weeks !
