The Medical Centre looked after me very well through COVID and during that period continued on going general health monitoring; this gave me a very early diagnosis of a medical condition which is now subject to active surveillance; said surveillance has continued well since then. I have never had a problem at all with this surgery in over 20 years. I am also sympathetic to them as local development has greatly increased the local population without significant increase in Doctors

Nothing at the moment- I have minor misgivings that if I require future consultation with the Doctor, it may take some time ; although I have had a reasonable level of remote contact with my own GP

I understand that it’s due to resource, but the waiting time for appointments is unbelievably awful - even for children. My expectation is that they should be prioritised and not have to wait 2 weeks for just a phone call. For adults, we can judge symptom seriousness but it’s not something easy to judge with children which makes me a more worried parent. When you get to see a doctor they are lovely.

Get children seen within a more reasonable time frame.

Took a bit of time to get to see a dr overall. But once in the system, the reception team were fantastic getting me booked in after my initial telephone appointment and my dr was fantastic regarding my diagnosis and how to proceed.

The online booking system needs more work to be completely up to scratch and getting my meds from the pharmacy did involve me chasing around a bit to get them signed and available

Generally I have always had a good service.but it is difficult to get an appointment.
