Dr L Tucker was extremely understanding and helpful. The best care I’ve ever received through the NHS

Upon arrival, long wait at reception when nobody in front. I understand the receptionists are busy but they weren’t on the phone and were chatting to each other. I don’t like interrupting or asking for help if I’m stood at reception but I did have to say “excuse me can I check in please” as the computers to check in were down

At the moment I’m attending the surgery weekly for dressing changes , the practise nurse Cara books my next appointment before I leave

Always excellent service at our health centre. Can’t really fault it at all.

I cannot honestly think of anything that could have been done better. It’s always efficient and done properly at this clinic.

I am sick and tired of all the doom and gloom peddled by the politicians and particularly the news media. My experience of the NHS and especially Henfield Medical centre has always been a good one. My recent visit from initial call to treatment was A1. You are all entitled to be rightly proud of the standard of service you give to your patients. Thankyou all.

Difficult to think of anything. Your consistent good service makes it evident you are constantly monitoring your performance to ensure complacency does not creep in so keep on doing what you do.
