Sometimes in busy periods it's hard to get through & waiting a long time but today when I had a query I was delt with very efficiently

Perhaps have more staff to answer phones in busy periods

Quite a delay between requesting an appointment and the actual appointment

Nothing you could have done better for this appointment Fiona was so helpful and knowledgeable and had solutions for my problems

Sometimes it takes a long time to get an appointment but I don't go that often. I hear people moan about it a lot but I don't have to much trouble

Sometimes trying too get through on the telephone can take a long time so I think you need more people to answer phones at busy times

A lovely experience from start to finish. I was running late, Debbie answered by name and when the lovely Dr came out she said that she too had been running late so all good.

I do have to go to Shoreham for bloods which is a bit of a pain as I don’t always have a car and work full time so need to do things expediently. I’d love if we could get bloods and things done at the surgery or even maybe the pharmacy. I appreciate that there are people who need the restricted service at the surgery so would not want to eat into that.
