I explained to the receptionist in the phone my symptoms involving significant discomfort and she (and medical staff) accommodated my being attended-to swiftly

I have never had trouble getting an appointment. Plus I do not expect immediate treatment, just necessary treatment: the timing I leave to the judgement of rhe staff.
