Asked at reception for a medical letter or note ,as I wanted to play in my friend's golf day memorial and needed a golf buggy to play, without the letter or note I am unable to play. To be honest they couldn't be more un helpful if they tried. Blantent no we can't do that. All i wanted was a note of some sort. Very disappointed.
