Staff respond appropriately regarding the relevent urgency of a patient's needs, I have had experience of this on more than one occasion decisions made at the time being 100% correct and possibly life saving.

Filing in personal proformas with a little less lead time, I know this is outside medical remit however there is normally a change for this service and it can become stressful when a document is time sensitive incurrig financial charges due to missed deadline.

When the blood test was requested I was told that it wasn't possible until after Christmas but as the test was very important I was lucky to get the test done within three days. The test was done efficiently and the nurse/phlebotomist was kind and gentle. The experience was easy quick and efficient.

Couldn’t answer about receptionist as I didn’t use them. The appointment was sent to me so no problem there. Phlebotomist was pendant and efficient and friendly. Test carried out carefully and with the minimum of disruption to me. Overall a good vidit
