I am relatively new to the surgery and have been blown away by the difference to my last. Everyone has been lovely.

Don’t know where things are at with my specialist appointments since I’ve moved county and was waiting on a couple of surgeries.

Sometimes it takes a long time to get an answer on the telephone. Blood tests et cetera are organised by the practice. This is a very good service.

This was a telephone appointment with Fiona. She called near to the time of the appointment. We discussed my diabetes , she gave reassurance regarding my eye and we discussed the way forward regarding my drugs. Very informative and included me in the decisions taken
