Easy to make an appointment with polite receptionists. Felt taken care of.

I was very well taken care of from the receptionist through to the nurse. Don’t feel like anything could have been improved because the care I received and always receive from Henfield Medical Centre was first class.

I am seeing the nurses who are dressing an open wound daily and they go over and above and are extremely helpful and pleasant each appointment.

Saw a lovely nurse today who was very helpful and empathetic. Getting an appointment was an absolute nightmare.

The waiting room feels incredibly sterile put up some paintings take down the threatening posters about wearing masks etc. Take down the gun proof screen in between the patients and the receptionists. They can't hear through it so the patients have to shout. It's incredibly hostile what do they need to be protected from?? Make getting an appointment easier I called many times to be told the book wasn't open then to be told that there weren't any appointments. Speak to Hassocks GP I always seemed to be able to get an appointment there even after 10am. Why can they do it but you can't?
